KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Identified, solublized and isolated an enzyme system which catalyzed the biosynthesis of cellulose from UDP - glucose.
- Major contributor to the determination of the metabolic pathways of the herbicide atrazine in agricultural crops.
- Determined the nature of residues of numerous herbicides, fungicides and insecticides which contributed to their registration for commercial use with US EPA.
- Managed projects and people in development programs with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
- Prepared 3 to 5 year development plans with $3-5 MM budgets.
